Health 101

Our hope here at Innervisionz is to introduce you to a seemingly secret concept of health, and a way of living, that will turn your life onto the path of a better way of experiencing the human condition.

Better in the sense that illness and disease will no longer be a condition that you need concern yourself with. Your weight will automatically adjust, and monitor itself to an ideal level that is right, specifically for your body.

You were born with an internal blueprint that if allowed to proceed without obstacles will take you where all of mankind has at the very least, an unconscious desire to be.

That plan can be compromised from many different angles. Some of us think that we can take shortcuts, others think they can improve on it. Truth be known, instant gratification and an unmotivated, lazy approach will simply not get you where you want to go. You can't fool Mother Nature.

We create obstacles that confound, and compromise a process in nature that comes about as easy as grass growing, or rain falling from the sky. Every species on this planet was designed to be healthy and fit. The only time you will see an animal that is contrary to this obvious truth is at the zoo. Is that what we have done to ourselves, have we created a zoo like environment for ourselves???

THOUGHTS & THINGS

Are Thoughts Things? To some of you this is a new idea, and to others it is old news. Regardless, it is an idea that is often misunderstood. Are thoughts things, and if so How?

It is clear to me that to say that thoughts are things, is not an entirely accurate statement. As such it is often overlooked, underestimated, and discarded as with most things that do not ring with the sound of complete truth; unfortunately by doing so we fail to see the enormous value this idea holds for us as human beings. The simple truth is, thoughts are not things, as such-no more than a molecule IS A plastic toy automobile, or a tub of margarine for that matter. They are however the intricate building blocks to all creation.

Studies have shown that the average man and woman have over 60,000 thoughts a day. And of those 60,000, over 50,000 go unnoticed. Most of them are in our unconscious awareness. Most significant is that our unconscious thoughts are not only unnoticed, but they are in fact repetitious. They are the same thoughts we have all day, every day. And these are the primary driving forces behind creating our reality as we know it...

We live in a society where sickness and obesity are considered normal. Normal perhaps, but natural? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

There are people making choices everyday that are natural, and receiving almost miraculous results.

This is not about being a hippy, or some over-the-top eccentric. This is about taking responsibility for our own well being.
