These are some of the same celebrities that most of us have looked up to and admired; only to witness a great deal of personal and emotional conflicts as they expressed themselves through self destructive behaviors. On occasion we have also had the good fortune to witness a few of these select shining stars living life as it should be lived; a life of abundance, a life of generosity, a life of contribution, of passion, of compassion, and most of all, a life of FULLFILLMENT! After all, isn't that the life we all dreamt of once upon a time?
We have learned from some of the best examples, and some of the worst. Most significantly, we have become aware that basically, people just DO NOT CHANGE. And though it may be true that people don't change, some do in fact GROW; and yes there is a distinct difference.
Amazingly, there are a select few individuals that actually TRANSFORM their entire lives. This begs the question; what are the requirements for real transformation?
And this is what we are all about; showing you how to access the right answers to life's often perplexing and influential challenges. |

Jeffery Alan Read
is first and foremost a student of life. As the founder of InnerVisionz, he has finally come to the fore as a teacher and facilitator. He has dedicated over 25 years to the study of philosophy, spirituality, and both personal and emotional development. Jeffery has spent most of his corporate life working in the entertainment industry with people such as Reba McEntire, Phil Collins, Kenny Chesney, Elton John, U2, Nsync, Bon Jovi, and Rascal Flatts, just to name a few. Over the many years and many miles of touring, Jeffery had become a much needed ear and council for difficulties surrounding relationships, spiritual and other emotional issues that often accompanied the fast pace lifestyle of sex, drugs, and, rock and roll. |

Over time it had become undeniable that these issues were not exclusive to merely rock stars and their touring personnel. People from all walks of life began bombarding him, from security guards to airline pilots, waitresses to hotel desk clerks, all with the same pleading questions, and all with their same thirst for his unique insights and perspective. Thus the concept of InnerVisionz was born.

Duane Kottmann is what most would consider a self made man. His early adulthood found him deeply imbedded in the biker's world of drug abuse, alcoholism, and crime. Call it fate if you will, but Duane somehow managed to reclaim his infinite self, to not only become sober, but an emotional and spiritually evolved force in the universe. |

Upon his awakening to a life of self actualization, he too entered into the world of rock stars, fast cars, and even faster women. Seeing the same self destructive behaviors that nearly claimed his own life, he himself became a role model to many lost but seeking souls.
Not to be confused with all of the psychobabble and religious rhetoric, it was his no nonsense, honest, tough love approach that spoke to the heart strings of these souls in need. Although he does not discount the value of psychology, philosophy, and religion, he is however more concerned with its successful application, and feels this in itself is the key to real change.
Duane is anything but a promoter. He will be the first one to tell you that he is not looking to fix anyone. He is however a leader and leads by example.
